Fees

New Patient Evaluation (60 minutes) - $350

Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes*) - $175

*This is a standard follow-up appointment length but we will address your individual needs for treatment planning  purposes. 

New patients are accepted only upon referrals by therapists or another medical provider. Please have your provider complete our referral form and email or fax the information to our office.
